can I use libssh2 for SFTP-download from SFTP-Server which uses
ecdsa-sha2-nistp521 for Server Authentication?

"Server Authentication" isn't really a term in the SSH protocol, but
in any case the answer is no, libssh2 doesn't support ecdsa.
